Dhaka recorded its lowest temperature 13.8 degrees Celsius for this season on Sunday.
The temperature may remain unchanged in the capital.
A mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping across the country, disrupting normal life of the countrymen.
The lowest temperature was recorded 7.3 degrees Celsius in Sreemangal while 7.5 degrees Celsius was recorded in Chuadanga today.
According to Meteorological Department, the wind can blow from the west and north-western of the country at a speed of five to 10 kmph.
On Saturday, 24 degrees Celsius temperature was recorded in capital while the lowest temperature of the country was recorded 6.6 degrees Celsius in Kurigram and the highest temperature was recorded 28.6 degrees Celsius in Teknaf of India.
The cold wave has started from December 19 and may continue till December 26, said a Met Office bulletin.
